How does fandom sneak into YOUR life????

I blame you, Fandom, for the entire embarrassing episode!  It's all your fault, admit it!

I was minding my own business, actually attending to Real Life, riding the elevator in an office building down from the 4th floor, when I started wondering if the elevator car I was in was about the same size as the one in "Dead Drop" (The Sentinel).

Then I started wondering if the people in the car with me would do a good job on the Macarena.

Then I giggled.

Then the cute guy standing by the control panel said "Did you forget your foil hat today?"

Then I was ded of embarrassment.

*sigh*

I guess I could have threatened him with my welding torch!

Fandom doesn't sneak, it marches right in and makes itself at home. The ways it makes itself known are too numerous to list but let's just say that hundreds of Twin Citians have been thanked very kindly in the last year. It only takes an extra second to be courteous, after all. *g*

Amen! Fandom. It's become my way of life! (God knows it has taken over my jewelry drawer.)

Which makes me believe he was cute, but not too bright.

Fandom does have a way of twisting the way we look at things. In a totally good way, of course.
