Hi Flist,

Just dropping in for a minute to say I miss you all - and that I've been gone (you BETTER have missed me!) since Wed Sept 10.

I was rushed to the hospital at 5 am and ended up having surgery.  To keep the medical description to a minimum - I had a cystic ovary removed.  This is the second time it's happened - but since there are only two ovaries to a customer, I'm pretty much done *VBG*

So now I'm home and recovering but it is slow and very taxing.  I miss the easy days of reading tons of my favorite fanfic and following  the antics of so many wonderful flist peeps!

Hope you all are doing well, health-wise.  Thoughts and prayers would be appreciated - although if you could arrange for Jim and Blair or possibly John and Rodney to deliver them...   (or Harry /Snape or Garak/Bashir or Kirk/Spock or Jack/Daniel or even Denny/Alan).

    - Pam, who didn't get blue jello in the hospital.

Glad you are feeling a bit better. I'd send Rodney over with the blue jello but he'd probably eat it himself

Thanks for the good thoughts! I kept waiting for a beautiful nurse - in Blair clothing - but no such luck.

Upon reflection, I'm not sure which of the individuals or pairings would make a better care-taker, except of each other of course!

Hope your new job is going goodly!

Sorry to hear you've been ill! The Beanie Boyz are just aghast to hear of the surgery and all and want me to be sure to extend their get well wishes to you! They miss their Anti (Auntie) Pamster!

I've always thought ovaries should be optional! I've never been happier or healthier since losing all the female plumbing in the year 2000!

Take good care!

Please tell the Boyz that their local counterparts (my pair) did some good snuggling with me on their behalf. I am sure one of the in-home nurses saw them sitting in my bedroom and wondered about me?!?!?!?!?

I never got around to having kids - so now my Mom is going to have to settle for one of those "Let me tell you about my Grand-Kitty" t-shirts!

Thanks for the hugs and good wishes! It would sure be grand if we flist peeps could share more of the lurve in person!

I'm so glad that your Beanie Boyz stood in for mine and gave you some good snuggling! They are so good at that.

Hey, screw the home health nurse if she did wonder about you at all---Beanie Boyz are therapeutic! Its been proven! And having Beanie Boyz means never having to say you're sorry too!!

I never got around to kids either--till the day he died my father bemoaned the fact that I'd never had any babies he could "push around the floor" (his term for playing with them) oh well!

Grnd kittys are better anyway--less maintenance and upkeep!! LOL!

Damn right we need to share the love in person one of these days. Until then, know that the gifts you sent the boyz are still being enjoyed (in fact, those horny little guys are still in the tent!) and that I'm sending positive vibes your way!

I'm sorry to hear you've been so poorly, and very pleased that you are now well enough to be back at home and back here.

I'm not sure who has Jim and Blair at the moment, but I'm sure they will be sent over soon.

And you get blue jello? Not sure about that...

Hopefully, Jim and Blair have each other at the moment - unless Blair's been kidnapped again and Jim dropped his gun again and... well, you know THAT story!

I'm hoping good things for your upcoming school adventures! Hurray for stretching our brains!

Thank you! Brain stretching is usually always good!
::hugs you mightily but gently::
